Common questions.

Can I really start for free?
Yes. The Developer tier gives you the full engine in a pre-seeded sandbox tenant — immutable ledger, DSL rules with simulation, and the complete REST and GraphQL API — at no cost and with no card. It's non-production and capped, and it auto-expires, but it's the real platform, not a slideshow. Self-serve provisioning is rolling out now; join the waitlist for an invite.
What is the Design Partner programme?
A limited cohort of 3–5 early customers who get production access at a steep discount (or free for the first 6–12 months) in exchange for three things: structured product feedback, permission to use their logo, and a reference. It's a deliberately finite, mutually beneficial arrangement — not a permanent discount. Once the spots are gone, they're gone.
How does Launch differ from Starter?
Launch is the self-serve entry point for production: up to 50,000 monthly active members and 500,000 order events, billed monthly or annually, on a card or a light agreement — no procurement cycle. Starter and above are for established programmes that need higher volumes, data-warehouse sync, formal SLAs, and guided onboarding. You can move up the moment you outgrow Launch; upgrades take effect within 60 seconds.
What counts as a Monthly Active Member?
An Active Member is a registered customer who performs at least one loyalty event — order accrual, credit redemption, points expiry, or a manual adjustment — within the calendar month. Customers who exist in the system but generate no activity in a given month do not count toward the MAM quota.
What happens to our data if we cancel?
On contract end, the account enters a Deprovisioning state with a grace period (30 days for Starter, 60 for Growth, 90 for Scale). During this period you have full read-only access to the portal and can initiate up to 3 full data exports at no charge. At the end of the grace period, your tenant KEK is destroyed (cryptographic erasure of all PII) and all data is permanently deleted. A Termination Certificate is issued within 5 business days.
When will SOC 2 certification be available?
SOC 2 Type I is the near-term milestone, with Type II targeted for Q4 2026. Our Trust & Security page documents the controls already implemented — envelope encryption, cryptographic erasure, a PII-free event bus, mTLS, and more — and a SOC 2 Evidence Pack is available as an add-on for buyers who need audit evidence ahead of full certification.
