ROI & Tier
Calculator

Enter a few numbers about your programme and we will recommend a LoyaltyOS tier, estimate your annual platform cost from real list pricing, and show a clearly-labelled illustrative view of what retention could be worth. Everything updates live, and every assumption is stated.

Your programme

All figures are monthly unless noted. Adjust any field to see results update instantly.

Distinct members performing at least one loyalty event (order, redemption, expiry, or adjustment) per month.

Order events ingested per month. We assume ~3 ledger entries per order (earn + convert + credit).

Used only for the illustrative retention-ROI figure below.

Share of members who redeem rewards. Higher engagement typically correlates with stronger retention.

Assumptions (read these)

  • Tier is recommended from real MAM and order-event caps: Launch ≤50K MAM & ≤500K events; Starter same caps but established; Growth ≤250K MAM / 3M events; Scale ≤1M MAM / 15M events.
  • Cost uses LoyaltyOS US list pricing: Launch $1,500–$2,500/mo, Starter $66K/yr, Growth $168K/yr, Scale $330K/yr. Overages and add-ons are not included.
  • The retention figure is illustrative, not a guarantee. It assumes the programme influences a 5% annual retained-revenue uplift across active members, at 12 orders/member/year and your average order value. Your real result depends entirely on programme design.
  • This calculator does not account for your build/maintenance cost — see build vs. buy for that side of the equation.
